Caramelised Red Onion Chutney

This classic chutney, is sweet and chunky and perfect on a Ploughman's lunch. Made with red onions, which are gently simmered in balsamic vinegar with a hint of chilli to finish it off, to create a rich, dark chutney that is full of flavour.
